Our two main finance companies, US Capital Group and USx Capital provides global alternative financing advisory, capitalization & fundraising consulting services across four specialized verticals. Our platforms include deep expertise in private equity placements, memorandums, real estate financing and hedge fund support, as well as secondary advisory services

OIL & GAS

Our main O&G company, BlackWell Oil Ventures, Inc. is an international oil and gas company committed to Exploration, with an Offshore strategy, and growth of our Onshore interests. BlackWell is focused on acquiring, exploring and developing large acreage positions of unconventional oil and gas resources. We also have large holdings in PetroUSA & US Fuels.

DEFENSE

Our main operating company, Ronin Industries, is a holding company of 8 operating divisions involved in Risk Assessment & Management PMC / Mercenary Services, Private Investigation, Body-Man Protection, Intelligence Gathering and Procurement, Network & Data Security, Surveillance and Weapons Development, Design and Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement & Distribution.

MEDIA

MediaGroup™ and its group of companies combines proven media methodologies & technologies with core competencies to create a highly competitive and profitable corporate family of media, advertising, promotions and marketing services. From media buying & distribution to the production and placement of business news features on corporate clients, public & investor relations to publicity campaigns.

TECHNOLOGY

Our technology division, through multiple companies, are involved in one of the largest and most dynamic segments of the global economy, comprising companies that develop, manufacture, and sell technology-based goods and services, involved in Data Servers, AI Humanoid Robotics, BioTechnology, Multiomic Sequencing, Blockchain Technology & Space Technology, primarily orchestrated by AmeriTech.

TRANSPORTATION

DMH operating divisions are involved in strategic investing in Autonomous Taxis & EVTOLs and supplying transportation fuel. DMH subsidiaries and investment divisions are dedicated to the transportation sector in its many forms and continue to seek opportunities to be on the frontline in cutting-edge technology of the future.

ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

Our main Alternative Energy company is SolEnergy, however DMH has also ventured in investing into Gasification Technology, Pyrolysis and Wind Technology and seeking investments in alternative fuels.
